So as I’ve been on my nutrition plan and health journey I’ve never posted any of my results. In April I was 121 lbs, 20% body fat and not cute. July rolled around and I hit 135 lbs and 16% body fat. I decided to to get back in shape and regain my passion for health and fitness. I have achieve so many goals with herbalife and a healthy active lifestyle.
